The sipXcom project uses several tools to store, track, review, build and maintain the code base. Today the project uses Githib as the repository for sipXcom source code and executables.
Contributing your work to the project
Your contributions to the project remain under your copyright. Unlike some projects sipXcom or commercial organizations are not looking to gain joint shared copyright of your contributions. The project is utilizing AGPL V3 licensing for the proliferation of the software under open source governance.
What type of Developer are you?
The project contains numerous types of modules raging from the core system to user specific applications and application programming interfaces. You need not be a Developer to contribute. Providing feedback on system capabilities and features, submitting patches or providing integration testing are all valued contributions to the project.
How do I get started?
You must get registered in the project to begin contributing. There is help on the sipXcom.org wiki and it is easy to begin working with the project. Check for the links on this page or from the main menu to get started or scroll down this page to “Join the Project”.
